I forgot my password.

Use Forgot password on the login screen — a reset link is emailed to you and expires after an hour, same as any real password reset flow.

How do I block or report someone?

Open the “more options” menu on any post, comment, message, group chat or call and choose Block or Report. A block works everywhere: the person can't see your posts, message you or call you, and you won't see theirs, until you unblock them in Settings.

Someone posted an intimate image of me without my consent.

Ask us to remove it at kibhi.com/take-it-down, or choose "Intimate image of me shared without consent" in the post's Report menu. You don't need an account. You get a tracking number, the post is hidden at once, and we remove valid reports within 48 hours. This covers AI-generated images too.

Does Kibhi sell my information?

No. We don't sell or share your personal information, and we honor Global Privacy Control. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

My post was limited or removed. What can I do?

We send a notification and an email saying which rule it broke. A limited post is still visible to your followers, just not recommended in For You. If you think we got it wrong, appeal here and a person on Kibhi's team will look again. See the Community Guidelines for the rules.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete account, from inside the app. It's permanent — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes.

Someone is impersonating me or posted something that shouldn't be there.

Report it directly from the post or profile for the fastest response, or see the Safety Center for how reports are handled.

How does the Kibhi algorithm decide what I see?

For You ranks posts by a weighted score: likes, comments, shares and saves, how much of a video people actually watch, how recent it is, whether you follow the creator, and the hashtags and creators you've engaged with before. Not interested shows you less of that. Posts that are limited for breaking a rule are left out; posts the Kibhi team features, and paid posts labelled Promoted or Sponsored, get a boost. Following shows posts from people you follow, newest first.
