I forgot my password.

Use Forgot password on the login screen — a reset link is emailed to you and expires after an hour, same as any real password reset flow.

How do I block or report someone?

Open the “more options” menu on any post, message, or call and choose Block or Report. Blocking is enforced everywhere, including Live Match — a block stops you from being matched with that person again, not just from messaging them.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete account, from inside the app. It's permanent — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that removes.

Someone is impersonating me or posted something that shouldn't be there.

Report it directly from the post or profile for the fastest response, or see the Safety Center for how reports are handled.

How does the KIBHI algorithm decide what I see?

Explore ranks posts by a real weighted score — engagement, how much of the video people actually watch, how recent it is, and whether you follow the creator. Following just shows posts from people you follow, in order.
