1. Your Business Page

A Business Page is free. It adds your business's name, category, city, website, phone and description to your Kibhi account, labels your posts as a business, and lists you in Discover. You must be allowed to represent the business, and the details must be true and kept up to date. One business per account; don't create pages for businesses you don't own or run.

2. Business Posts

Posts from a business account follow our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines like anyone else's. Paid reach is a promotion, covered by our Advertising Terms. Don't disguise ads as ordinary posts where the law requires them to be labelled.

3. Recommendations

Recommendations must come from real customers, freely. Don't buy, trade, incentivise, fake or pressure people for recommendations, and don't recommend your own business. We may remove recommendations or a Business Page that break these rules.

4. Customers and messages

If people message you or share their details, use them only to serve that person and as the law allows. Don't add them to marketing lists without their permission.

5. What we may do

We may change how Business Pages work, and may edit, hide or remove a Business Page that's inaccurate, misleading, impersonates someone, or breaks our terms. You can remove your Business Page at any time; your account and posts stay.

6. Not an investment, and liability

Business Pages and promotions never give any share, equity or ownership of Kibhi. Business Pages are provided as they are; to the extent the law allows, Kibhi isn't liable for lost business or profits, and our Terms of Service's limits of liability apply.
