Advertising Terms

These Advertising Terms are an agreement between Kibhi and you (the "Advertiser") whenever you pay to promote a post or run an ad on Kibhi (the "Ad Service"). If an agency buys ads for someone else, the agency confirms it has authority to bind that advertiser, and is responsible if it doesn't. Our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy also apply.

You choose a post (or upload a video ad) and a length: 1, 7 or 30 days. You pay up front through Stripe. A person at Kibhi reviews every promotion, usually within a day. Your days start when it's approved, and we email you when it goes live. A promoted post shows near the top of people's feeds, labelled Sponsored, and its links can be opened. We don't promise a number of views, clicks or sales, or where exactly it appears. Free first boost: every account can also promote one of its own posts free, once, for 1 day (24 hours). It starts straight away, is labelled Promoted, and doesn't make its links openable; we can stop it if the post breaks our guidelines.

We may reject or stop any ad, at any time, if we believe it breaks these terms, our guidelines or the law, or could harm people or Kibhi. If we reject a promotion before it runs, we refund you in full, automatically. If we stop one that is already running because it breaks these terms, we may keep the payment for the time it ran. Otherwise, payments are not refundable except where the law requires. If something goes wrong on our side, email support@kibhi.com and we'll make it right.

You are responsible for everything in your ads and on the pages they link to, for the products and services you offer, and for any disclosures the law requires (for example, prices, terms, or that a post is paid). You promise that your ads are truthful, that you have the rights to everything in them, and that you are not on any U.S. sanctions list. If you use a Kibhi tool to help write an ad, check it before it runs; it's still your ad.

You keep ownership of your ad. You give Kibhi permission, free of charge, to store, show, resize, crop, add a Promoted or Sponsored label to, and share your ad on Kibhi and in Kibhi's own promotion of the Ad Service, for as long as it runs and for reasonable records afterwards. Once shown, an ad is public: people may share it or see it outside the audience you had in mind.

Kibhi doesn't build ad-tracking profiles or sell people's data, and we don't give advertisers anyone's personal information. You get totals: views and taps. If someone contacts you through an ad, use their details only to answer them and as the law allows.

Paying for ads never buys shares, equity or any ownership of Kibhi (see our Terms).

The Ad Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Kibhi isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits), and our total liability to you for any claim about the Ad Service is limited to what you paid us for ads in the three months before the claim. You agree to cover Kibhi's reasonable losses and legal costs if a third party makes a claim because of your ad, your linked pages or your breach of these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms; for changes that matter, we'll give at least 7 days' notice by email or in the product, and a promotion you already paid for runs under the terms in place when you bought it.
