We need an iOS engineer more than almost anything else right now.
KIBHI is a real, working product — not a tutorial project. A small number of people helping build the next stretch, in specific, scoped roles, not an open-ended "come help with everything."
Roles, in order
iOS engineer
Highest priorityThe single highest-leverage gap right now. KIBHI runs on Android and web today — no iOS build yet, and that's the first thing worth fixing.
Trust & safety
Needed before launchLive Match puts strangers on live video together. This needs a real person thinking about it before it opens to more people, not after something goes wrong.
Growth & community
OngoingSomeone who genuinely likes reaching out to people all day — creators, other builders, early users.
Design or backend, general
OngoingA second set of hands for whatever's next on the roadmap. Tell us what you're good at.
What we can actually offer
Being direct about this matters more than sounding generous: there's no salary today. What's real instead — a small equity-lite stake for genuine ongoing commitment, a real shipped feature with real users under your name (better portfolio material than another tutorial project), and direct, unfiltered access to the founder instead of a support queue. Scoped to a specific number of hours a week, not "as much as you can give."
Introduce yourself
What you'd want to work on and roughly how much time you have — every message gets a real, personal reply.
