How to grow with your free Business Page.

1. Finish your page
Add your category, city, website and phone, and a short story about what you do. A profile photo (your logo or shopfront) makes you easy to recognise.
2. Post like a person, not an ad
Behind-the-scenes clips, today's special, a before-and-after photo, a poll ("Which should we stock?"). Add a song to make it pop.
3. Post when your customers are around
Lunchtime and evenings do best. Two or three posts a week beats ten in one day.
4. Ask for recommendations
Happy customers can tap Recommend on your page. Ask them in person, on receipts, or with your page link on WhatsApp.
5. Link your socials
Put your YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or app store links in posts; they show as logo buttons people can tap.
6. Promote what's already working
When a post gets likes and comments, promote it for a day or a week so more people nearby see it. From $10 a day.
7. Answer every message
People message businesses before they buy. Quick, friendly replies turn into customers and recommendations.
